Net income
- consultancy : $100M
- resale : .12 x 100,000,000 x $12 = $144M
- wholesale : .12 x 100,000,000 x $12 = $144M
- management : .03 x 100,000,000 x $12 = $36M

Total : $424M ($2.82/share)
