No, I wouldn't. I would say it's increased buying interest in an undervalued company that's been wronged, however is winning new business and clearly winning in court, and continuing to innovate with newly granted patents. It's also the growth of their licensed customers breaking records, customers like GPRE, ANDE, SXL, MPC, and now CKH.

I would agree that GERS' customers reported record results in Q413 and when GERS reports in a few weeks, it will also be record setting.

I would also agree GERS has been damaged by companies infringing their technology, but that there's nothing unfolding in the court room that would give investors of these infringing companies any hope whatsoever.


It's not just the court's ruling in GERS favor, it's the USPTO that's re-examined the patents and declared them valid.

The PPS is hitting new highs and this is just the beginning.
