Hope it's someone with at least 25 billion cause that is where Doc Gene has said the bidding will start. Said he to me since 2006. First $35 million takes it. I don't think anyone will pay that much until after Phase 2. I don't think anyone will pay 1/10th that amount before completion of Phase 2.

Maybe next year, Leo. :-(
