After the consistently cold winter that we've had in the Niagara area, I would think that it will remain very fresh in managements minds regarding the difficulties that arise during such long term sub-zero temperatures. I can't remember a colder winter, with as many -20 C / -5 F days as we have had over the last 2-3 months. I can't see JBI remaining in NF NY for ever.
