That is SEC website

I looked over all the exhibits for last several hours. Imo I believe if stock doesnt increase in price floyd shouldn't draw $ from finance company. That would cause heavy dilution.
SEC accepted 2nd amendment on 3/3/14.
Im not an accountant but reading it made me feel a lot better. I feel it is a legit filing. Floyd has a lot of info there. Engineering reports signed and sealed.
