Let's keep this simple. Will this stock be trading higher or lower in 30 days?
I say lower.... By a significant margin.
DTCC aside get ready for the float to double or triple by Easter. Telling people that 3.14.14 is a day of reckoning is just plain false.
3.12.14 when the new AS takes effect, that's a different story.
