Make a deal now before "B" results are realized (probably by years end or 12 mo.) and not get "full monies worth, or wait until the results are in and maximize the returns on the deal when we know what we have (assuming positive). In my opinion you wait until you have results since we have the money available to last another year (and then some). It all boils down to confidence in the drug. If you think you have it you play your cards accordingly. Thus patience is needed. I believe the quantum leap in appreciation is next year since we will have much greater clarity on many fronts.
