jerseyboy sounds like hisc will become a subsidiary of new company formed with actsoft and new player who will handle programming and servicing of Cyber Tracker and retail sales , while hisc handles commercial , government , and foreign sales . They take a percent of the profits from each other and form a larger stronger enity ? If so its win win
