Steve p. promised to find a buyer for VSYS and he didn't. He lured a lot of folks in with that promise. Instead, he paid himself $10K a month and used the company credit card to wine and dine "investors" and for business. Nice job if you can get it.

I hope Raefield builds the business up and then sells the company.
