It is the end of the dtcc stock borrowing program and it will have zero impact on the pps of this stock.

You can mark that and msg me if I'm wrong. What will have a greater impact in the pps is the AS going from 5B to 15B. The effective date (20 days from filing) will be 3.12.14. I'm guessing heaving dilution will follow. Thinking a PR coupled with a ton of volume and no increase in pps... May even dip back to the trips. All jmo
