Item XVll Management's Discussion and Analysis
A. Plan of Operation:
With all operations suspended since the end of 2009, the company - with the help
and expertise of our new CEO - has been very active in securing interest from a
totally new group in China. A tentative distribution contract has been signed for the
south westem part of China, exclusive of Shanghai and Beijing.
A first contract has been signed for: the delivery of 81 containers of bottled water
over five years with a potential value of 21 million RMB. We want this contract to be
real and be fulfilled; therefore there are many details to iron out before proceeding.
