Well, let see:

Why would they report in Q1(note: if they go by FP)?! They don't have that much money on hand, probably not much revenue yet. They're just going to make themselves look stupid to us investors.
Instead of doing all that and spending that money, what they did is they restructure meaning making a numerous deal with a bunch of retailers and some distributers happen and gaining exposure from money tv. These are the proper ways (at least for me) on how a small company should wisely spend their money.
If you think about it, by doing all that, now the company have some money coming in like this one

As of now, we're in week 3 of FP6. Next week will be week 4 (if they go by FP's). That's means in 2-4 weeks, the quarterly report is due!

Let's hope this time they will file their financial report..

I think/hope they will..but if not, it's ok also as long as they keep on progressing by making some more deals to happen..
