JokerDe -- take the basic 100 million shares, divide that by 175 which equals 571,428. The latter, 571,428, are your new dividend "Preferred Shares." Hold them until Sept. 17th (I believe), multiply that number by $0.20 and you get $114,285.71....and you still have your original 100 million shares. Not a bad day for a six-month hold of 100 million shares.
