Floyd is going to keep 51% until the company gets strong enough. This is penny land actually sub penny land. This company is building debt and using creativity to get investors money. I have invested because I believe they will find oil before they run out of money. For floyd to go private, he would have to get investors to clean up pay share holders sec fees with a company that has no income. Not feasible. ...
