Nascow if they are awarded a big settlement(some have said 25-150million) that could pay off debt, pay for marketing or new business ventures(depending on if they still sell the drink under the PB name) what will stop them from buying back a huge # of shares (I'm thinking billions of shares in buy back) which depending on pps if they do it where the price is now it would only cost them a few million. Now I know this is all IMO and what I would like to see happen kinda like your RS theory.

Hmmm just did some quick math if CIRC bought back 4.4bill shares @.0003 it would only cost $1,320,000. If they get a nice settlement I think that is very doable and it would change the SS immensely and give them wiggle room to do what they did in the past and give the shareholders a even bigger % from a forward split.

Even if they did it at .0004 it's only 1.7mill and at .0005 it's only 2mill. So the pps might work in shareholders favor if they do a buyback which to me makes more sense than a RS.
