Seems like, based on my reading of the docket entries as we have gone along, that they have left a crack in the door on this one open to changing the plan for reorganization at a future date if they decide to. Did you not interpret this the same way also Yank? Looked to me like there was still a small chance of it maybe converting to a sale if Barclays was successful in marketing Rotech and it was in the best interest of the company, debtors, and shareholders. Did you not see this same potential and the door being kinda of mysteriously left open for this as a possability? If not related to this, what IYHO Yank do you think the sealed info in the docket is all about? Not like even if we had some revelation at this point anyone could buy the stock anyway..=-) Just wondering if you saw the same potential and your thoughts...not doom or gloom...just your honest thoughts in a nice polite way.
