It makes sense when you are fooling around with a lousy nickle or a dime, why dive in until things really iron out.

There is no doubt the financials would hold back some interested buyers.

Some of us are grabbing shares
at these prices because every penny less we can buy for ,cuts down on our break even point.
Even, then I will put in a not to exceed higher than present ,so I don't have to watch to see that it executes,
I guess it all depends on ones outlook on life.

A new investor who is trying to make a nickle is not an investor.

A smart person would keep his/her eye on it, and when it makes it,s initial breakout move jump in.

Matters not one iota if one bought for .90 cents or $1,25. when you want/expect it to go to $5.00 or more. A little less profit, but more early piece of mind.
Certainly makes sense to me.
