On the bright side, no r/s , no known toxic financing (convertible debts are the killer) so dilution is not that bad as long as it's followed by a great pr. That means shareholders money was invested for good purposes. What's worst is if they release a pr then dilute right away.. That's more of a p&d stock.

This stock has a high potential. All the moves that she did/doing, for me, are great actions. Action to move this company to the next level. For me, this is an improvement! Anything to gain exposures, I'm down with it..
I say let's give it a chance and just be patient my friends! There is a bright light at the end of the tunnel! I really think we're over half way there..
