Naz Floyd would have to dilute billions of shares before he did R/S....
Ceo is going to do what ever he needs to do to keep company going....like bakken deal. I know why and understand. I didnt like it but Floyd is moving towards the main goal........Oil! S1 can be approved by sec which will affect production numbers. Peii is a penny stock high risk . I am waiting I see potential... I understand your frustration with Floyd but he has a job to do and he is. I'm sorry you sold! Imo
