give them a call! if anything i regard the lawyer page as an increase in usage, which lawyers must prepare for and even market and cater to the patch clients.

they have updated some things online, and seem to have expanded the team quite a bit, all the info is in past posts, if you sift through or on their website. i'm sure some folks here have spoken to some of the team, all the contact info is on the website.

i agree though, the slow and low volume could be addressed, yet if there was lots of interest and volume the price would probably be higher by some multiple factor
