As some have pointed out, NNVC needs to be mindful of being distracted from its main effort, but IMO, I think it's a good move to stand up for yourself.

I would also offer this for consideration by the group. There are indications of a 'sea change" regarding online reviews (see link). It seems to me that a similar legal position could be taken with respect to this situation. In this case, both the company and any investors who are long had realized and/or unrealized losses due to the SA article. My reading suggests that online posters and the sites they use are facing increased potential liability, and as a result, face the prospect of either being prepared to defend their online comments or face consequences.
