I agree with your path forward.

I spent ten years in political office and I know how hard it is to not respond when someone hits you but in many ways the response only serves to draw attention to the initial outrageous claims of SA.

I have zero faith that any government agency will get into a First Amendment fight with SA unless that agency has something to gain for themselves. I do not believe requests to protect us will inspire any enforcement activity on the part of the SEC.

I believe we will always be vulnerable to this kind of activity until we are measurably closer to a real revenue generating company.

While legal action may fill some emotional need I would hope our Doctors would not waste a minute or dollar on anything other than getting their lifesaving products to market.

Success is the best revenge and in this case success will improve the lives of millions across our planet.
