...amy gave THE BANK standing to sue - - which the bank did - - then amy used the word "maybe" in her conclusion and issued an APPEALABLE decision...........we filed a NOA.....................

...amy's two actions were HUGE.....................in our favor...............and the FDIC knows there are many millions of dollars in recoveries - - which UWBKQ could fight for...................even the D&O suit is a strategic move by the FDIC, imo...............once the D&O suit is settled...............final POL will be submitted to the BK Trustees......................aimho.......

...CRP was coming directly from a GS affiliate, imo..........Buffy really held this back for some reason, imo...............

...the bank should not have been SEIZED for "questionable" (good word, larry....?????) reasons.............aimho...............
