I understand what you mean.....


and in that aspect of less dilution I DO AGREE with you,,,,




But on a marketing standpoint and BRANDING of a company............the same way they paid for the trademark "cell in a box" from sg austria ........ It would have looked more professional to operate under a Biotechs name rather than a failed skin care product company who unfortunately has a history of failed products, thus giving shorts ammunition to paint us in a shady picture....thats all i am saying.

Not the best Marketing stand point to be doing this under Nuvilex..............to be honest they could have taken the easier route and do this under their already lisenced Medical marijuana Sciences subsidiary..........and with that name alone we might already be around 80 cents by now........

Just my opinion.

All in all .....in the long run it wont really matter Once they prove <i hope> the same results for fda approval
