I'm just going to point this out. A company wouldn't sell their shares with a large block on the ask which would increase the chances of the PPS going down because the company is based off of the PPS price which in turn would make their company worth less. This is MM manipulation at its finest. Two MM's loading at the bid by enticing sellers from their large ask blocks. Once they have filled enough off the bid or once their ask blocks get eaten away enough they will take their ask blocks off and we will jump. As long as people don't bid whack, this will jump to .008 within minutes after they remove their asks.
