Is anyone up for this assignment that would be helpful IMO for all of us?: Put together an estimate showing a consolidated summary including line item detail of all these M&A's to include the following:

* Sales Revenues (consolidated with a breakdown for each business)

* Acquisition Cost (consolidated cash & consolidated stock with a breakdown for each business)

* Headcount (consolidated with a breakdown for each business)

* A consolidated list of major partners by category - service providers, brand marketers, etc.

I do realize this request is going to require the individual to make some assumptions, that is why I emphasize that this will require some "guesstimating".

If no one is willing to do this, I will attempt to do this weekend when I have more time available. Thanks in advance.
