DIVIDENDS OF RESTRICTED STOCK

Remember when some of us got those over a year ago, and they were restricted for a year. I have Etrade and asked them to open an investigation. Here is the relevant part of our conversation:

Let me check with our corporate actions team for you and see what is going on with these shares.
Scott:
ok, are you checking?
Pamela P:
Yes, it does show that we need the company to send in clean shares. I am having them check for me.

What do you think the chances of that occurring are? Then ETRADE referred me to a site for SEC Rule 144 on Restricted Stock. There are about 5 pages of Forms to fill out with some information I have no idea what it is. In my book, those Restricted shares are WORTHLESS and the people in charge knew so.
