"...still an idiot." Well he and his wife still volunteer to help build homes for the disadvantaged, so is he really THAT bad?
A weak president? IMO, yes - he liked to micro-manage.
Has his star risen since leaving the WH? IMO, yes - receiving the Nobel Peace Prize in '02 and his on-going help with Habit for Humanity speaks well of him. I doubt you'll ever see either of those listed after GWB's name when he leaves the oval office.
