So the next step has been taken in an escalating distraction. Great. There only real winner will be the lawyers, and most likely the pump terminator, unless he/she was too egotistical to cover. Shareholders have already lost millions, and now they get a distraction that will further delay the progress toward clinical trials.

Looks like the bump up we are going to get at the open will give a good exit point. Thanks for another few bucks.

Maybe someday the focus can be on clinical trials. But it seems that day is not today.
