All you need to do is ask what sort of penny stock CEO shoots down a rumor like the PAYPAL rumor the other day by saying we don't need rumors like that out there. Think about it - who would do that... Oh yeah, a CEO who has much bigger fish to fry than a PAYPAL rumor.
