LAS VEGAS, NV – (March 4, 2014) – Southern ITS International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS SITS), announced today that it has signed Princeton Research of Nevada, Inc (PRI) for the purpose of SITS share awareness. PRI will conduct a complete due diligence review of the Company, meet with management and prepare an in depth analytic report for investors and the financial community.
The report will be updated at least quarterly or sooner if required by the occurrence of a material event. The report will include, among other things, corporate mission statement, business analysis, management, capital structure, assets and liabilities, market factors, competition, earnings, financial forecasts and investment opportunity based on comparable companies. PRI will distribute the analytic report to brokers within the financial community, coordinate with other investor relations firms and act as liaison for analytic inquires concerning the Company in a timely and professional manner via telephone, e-mail, fax on demand or other media. Costs for distribution other than the Princeton Research website will beapproved by the company in advance of any charges.
PRI will seek to increase interest in trading the Company’s shares from the current level in a professional manner and in with all federal and state blue sky laws. PRI will write up the company in its weekly market letter for one year. PRI will feature SITS on its weekly radio show with officers of the company whenever possible with the first occurrence done on March 4, 2015 at 10:15 am EST. PRI will not be compensated with SITS shares. The compensation is to be on a monthly basis with a money payment only.
