The sub MMJ company will be spun off as its own public company via a shelf offering (no dilution to GDSM shareholders) and GDSM shareholders get shares of the new publicly spun off MMJ company.

That is how that is going to work.

GDSM is trying to additionally get into the land based wholesale side of growing crops, collection, processing and distribution to MMJ dispensaries and other facilities in CO and later, if legislation allows, other states.

That is the gist of Gelpid's MMJ subsidiary business and how it is proposed to occur by GDSM.
