Tex I think this one is ready to pop over resistance. I was going to break my rules and add today but I held back right at the last minute. balance of power shows massive accumulation in the last 3 weeks but price has not moved much, someone is trying very hard to hide their buying. price has been coiled up in a 4 cent range for about 2 weeks and should break one way or the other any day now, probably tomorrow. good luck traders.
