Tiger, as you know that is the nature of the business. You lose one contract and gain four more, a lot of the contracts are very political. They have lost contracts before but they are still going strong. The fact that they broke there business relationship with Canteen Services may result in more contracts being lost in some jails but there are many commissary companies that Ez Card and Kiosk use so they will continue their growth! An example of one Jail who kept Ez card and kiosk is Ingham County. The Sheriff is very happy with EZ Card and Kiosk. Have a great night Tiger.

1b. Sheriff’s Office - Resolution to Contract with EZ Card & Kiosk
This resolution authorizes a contract with EZ Card & Kiosk to keep in place one lobby and one booking kiosk
within the Sheriff’s Office for the time period of one year effective June 15, 2013 to June 15, 2014, with an
option to renew for two additional years under the same terms and conditions as the current agreement with
Canteen Services. It also amends the current contract with Canteen Services, Inc. to delete the current
requirement for Canteen Services, Inc. to provide kiosks for the Sheriff’s Office for one year effective June 15,
2013 to June 15, 2014 and during the renewal period. This is necessary to maintain the current arrangements
and services at the jail as the main Contractor Canteen and its subcontractor EZ Card & Kiosk have severed
their business relationship. (See attached memo.)
