Just spoke with JDA source. I called to ask about Chevron operating more than one block. Source said Chevron CAN operated BLK 2. All JDA is looking for is company that has technical ability and financial wherewithal to get operation done. ALSO............
THERE IS A PSC SIGNING CEREMONY SCHEDULED TENTATIVELY FOR TOMORROW FOR BLOCK 4. Source said 80-90% chance this will happen tomorrow and members of the press have been invited to attend this signing ceremony. Source said JDA and companies are working hard today/tonight to get this done for tomorrow. Source said additional PSC's will be signed next week.
