(usually the one being sued) does not, by agreeing to the settlement, admit to any fault or wrongdoing in the underlying issue.



If thats part of MMR/WAG settlement, which nobody knows, then how does that "validate" anything...LOL

If anyone believes this post contains anything false, tortious or libelous, please point it out. I will promptly retract it and apologize or else explain why I believe you are wrong.
