Is it a possibility that ONCS could up-list to AMEX at $1 to take advantage of more investors in that forum with the ultimate goal to then turn around and up-list to the NASDAQ when it gets to $2?

I asked this same question over on the Yahoo board but wanted to get this board's thoughts as well.
