just finished reading the austrianova article in 2007



Why is it that they received 35 mil in funding.......in euros nonetheless........about 40 to 45 mil USd..........for phase 3 trials.............didnt get it done.....and went bankrupt?


why should this 27 mil in funding be different this time around? what did they do wrong then and whats different this time?


I am long but this is a question open to everyone and i wish there was less "opaque" and more clarity on these things.

how long are these patents good for if they were around in 1998??

any response........preferably from the company investors relations themselves , would be welcomed.
