Sopis, I agree, however, he needs to keep the momentum going, use the cash he gets from the contract to provide immediate value to the shareholders via dividends and buybacks


Which cash? Is there a cash upfront payment mentioned anywhere?? I didn't read the contract details yet since I was busy so far today.
