You're quite welcome....having spent the better part of the last 14yrs in the Dairy Industry working with multiple Contract Manufacturers (some of which belong to the largest milk co ops in the US) I can tell you that you'd be surprise what they allow and what they won't. BTW- the FDA, USDA, and State and Local Health Officials set the rules, regulations and conduct periodic audits of these plants. What you think is "dangerous" (i.e. egg shells- which most of the time its reconstituted mixes and not people breaking thousands of eggs open) is already approved by the agencies I described. A plant like hemp (that is currently still controversial) and not legal in every state would NEVER be allowed by these same co packing plants. A home made operation in a State like CO for local consumption?... yeah maybe! But that's not what you guys are here invested for... right?
