All this is just communication. It will probably reinforce pps at these levels.

People have been shouting for months for gift news, here is one of the first announcements.

Wouldn't be surprised if we go higher today, but we'll usually have a big push from news first thing, then it will slide down - gaps will be closed - followed by ensuing positive uptrends.
