to enrich ElephantTalk's PC to Phone service, eTalk, with CELLCAST's popular
chat line service Shallvtalk ( www.shallvtalk.com ). Shallvtalk provides a forum for
customers to meet and communicate with new people similar to match.com or
Yahoo! Personals. ElephantTalk is a former majority owned subsidiary of The
