Cocacola no doubt. But even so, the reason it was driven so low is, first, the capability of getting waaaaaayyyy subpenny pricing, and second, downward pressure due to limited liquidity in OTC and possible manipulation. Their creditors dumped a bunch of shares really quicklike, and the company went dead silent, so there was nothing to bring this back.
