does anyone know if that 60-90 days someone said it took for S-1 to be completed was in business days or all days? it has been 12 weeks, so that is only 60 business days.... less with all the holidays. i have been trying to find the info on sec rules, but havent had much luck....

hoping quiet period is the reason for all the quiet. it is frustrating, and there is not much else on this board to do but be frustrated, which is even more frustrating. oh well. more waiting game.
