1) What is an accurate count on shares outstanding? What is the current float?

A) As of December 1, 2013, there are 3,612,470,000 shares issued and about 609,000,000 in the public float.

From 3 Feb through 3 March over 797 million shares have traded. Sure you have some selling but look how many people are buying and holding. Free trading shares are tight. If you want to sell then do it but you want get back in at a lower price.
