why in the world are you surprised with "authorized" 15 billion shares? Anyone that knows simple math would have figured out the sale structure before . So once again you are trying scare tactics which is ridiculous. SIMPLE MATH! This amendment shows this should be approved sooner then later, very good news IMO.
