Lowtrade, I am seeing lot of .0001 stocks that never traded in the past 2-3 years are suddenly trading with high volume (To name few...ECGA, ECCI, EXPH, KGRI, BUNM etc..etc...). Does this have anything to do with upcoming new SEC shorting rule? Do you see these stocks will start covering?
