Much of the volume today was ABOVE Friday's closing price of .0155. Therefore, there was no significant volume power behind the decline, and we should snap back up to the .016 level soon. Also, we bounced off the 50 dma as well which is a good sign.

IMO, the tight float here will make an explosive situation once the CA license is issued and PR'd. I have a feeling the pps will double in seconds and never look back.
