The court date is on 31MAR2014 1315 hours with Chief Judge Barbara Houser. Therefore we have to wait until then to see if chapter 7 is even going to happen. Highly doubt it will. Current status is chapter 11. Its only a motion filed by the Toxic financing company and its shell.
