And then he listed a slew of regions nationally and internationally that are buyers.

Why would NYC want to open another facility ( this one in the video is state of the art and brand new) and add to the tax burden of its residents by having to employ more people to run another new facility, and operate a processor when they already seem to have more than enough customers for their end product of recycled plastic as it is right now ?
